Service packages with a fixed monthly fee
With Administer’s digital financial management service package, you can manage your company’s financial administration easily and in real time – even from your phone. The convenient eFina and eFina Mobile programs are included in the package. No user licenses, no maintenance fees!
We offer digital financial management service packages tailored to the needs of companies of different sizes, including electronic purchase invoice processing, sales invoice delivery, real-time accounts payable and receivable ledgers, and monthly bookkeeping with VAT reporting, as well as usage training videos.
The suitable service package is determined based on the number of purchase and sales invoices:
- The Start package includes 10 invoices per month
- The Small package includes 20 invoices per month
- The Medium package includes 50 invoices per month
- The Large package includes 100 invoices per month
You can order the following as additional services:
- Payroll calculation: €16.50 / salary paid (+ base fee)
- Monthly recording of cash sales: €36/month
- Monthly recording of online store sales: €36/month
- Dimensions (e.g., cost centers, projects): +20% of the monthly fee / dimension
And any other additional services in accordance with the price list valid at any given time.
